- Candidate Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
- Negotiation: Facilitate offer negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Reporting: Track and report recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in the recruitment industry.
